In Nelson Equine's commitment to providing an outstanding and professional experience to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies:


REFUND POLICY
At Nelson Equine, Remote Energy Healing Sessions are not refundable or transferable. 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONVERSATION
Discussions between Nelson Equine and the client are private and confidential.  We are happy to share our professional expertise but reserve the right to decline discussions of a political or private nature.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The owner shall agree not to hold Leanne Nelson/Nelson Equine responsible for any injury or condition that may occur to their animal after Remote Healing Sessions.
  • If you are submitting an intake form for more than one horse, the page will refresh when you are finished, and you will fill it out again.
  • If submitting more than one intake form,  please ensure you use the same email address for each horse so that they are saved as a single client profile.

I agree and consent to assessment and treatment for my horse. I understand that my and my equine’s personal and health information will be collected. I understand that all information that I provide will be kept confidential unless required by law. I understand and consent that my equine’s medical information may be shared by the various care providers involved in my equine’s care & treatment.*
I understand that Leanne Nelson/Nelson Equine may use photos and videos of my horse and any testimonials for marketing purposes. Names and faces will be removed to maintain privacy unless you request otherwise.*
